Our comfortable and modern house with, 68m2 terrace, patio, two floors with a two privates room and maximum comfort for 4 people, it´s ideal for enjoying this beatiful city! The space Is a detached house, something nearly impossible to find in Barcelona city centre. It is a lovely place with lots of light, that has been decorated with a lot of taste, combining contemporary industrial elements with country features both in the design and in the furniture. Here you can really enjoy Barcelona's pleasant climate: there is a wonderful interior garden at the street level and a rooftop terrace. On the groundfloor the house offers a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Here you will also find a rustic and bright bathroom with bathtub. The views on the garden are very relaxing. On the first floor, in a loft style mezzanine, there's a double room with a double bed and a buck bed. A rooftop terrace completes the offer.
