This spacious quiet studio is on a separate lower level of our Edwardian villa with access down a side path and short flight of steps. It is centrally located with a 5 minute stroll to the Cable car, University, Kelburn village, cafes and Botanical Gardens with Zealandia Eco Sanctuary close by. Just a 15 minute walk to the CBD and waterfront or take a ride on the Cable car. The space The sunny studio has a king size bed with electric blankets, tiled ensuite bathroom, closet with good storage, long work desk and couch. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, however there is no kitchen. The studio opens out onto a private landscaped garden with views over Kelburn. Covered off-street parking is available for a small to medium sized car.
