The guest room has an armchair, a table with chairs, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, basic tableware, and cutlery with tea & coffee. Ideal room for guests who like to feel at home for a good night sleep on a quality mattress. Free parking space on the premise. Only the host lives in the apartment, not shared with anyone else or pets. The space It is a 2nd floor apartment without a lift. You may struggle if you have heavy luggage. It is not recommended for a wheel chair user. The host is vegan/vegetarian, so vegetarians should feel more comfortable. But of course, meat eaters and also LGBTQs are welcome. The host also doesn't watch TV nor listen to music/radio, so it is very quiet. Guest access I am sorry, but there is no access to the living room nor the kitchen because these areas are used for drying laundry. There are basic tableware, cutlery, minifridge, mini kettle, tea and coffee, dining table with chairs in the guest room. A microwave and a freezer are also available for the guests' use in the entrance hall. So you can store and heat up take away/ready to eat/frozen food and eat in your room. I will do washing up for you. Please feel free to ask me to borrow anything you need from the kitchen. During your stay I can have a chat with guests and help them out or leave them alone according to their wish. Other things to note As the hot water is not produced instantly in my apartment, I will ask you before your check-in approximately what time you would like to have a shower as I need to switch on the boiler at least 2 hours in advance. Most of the furniture, equipment, tableware, cutlery, and electrical goods were bought 2nd hand, inherited, or used for decades to reduce waste and help the environment.
