Arouche Studio

Great location!!! Comfortable and easy to get around (taxi, subway and bus). Largo do Arouche is between the metro stations Santa Cecília and República (red and yellow lines). The space "Clean" space, quiet, comfortably accommodates 3 people (1 double box bed and 1 sofa bed), stove and refrigerator for the guest to feel at home and I also leave bed and bath linens available. Fully tiled and independent kitchen, service area, and bathroom. It has a large wardrobe for the guest to store their belongings and feel at home, avoiding leaving clothes in suitcases. Guest access The building is familiar with 4 apartments per floor, the neighborhood is quiet and has security cameras at the entrance, common areas and in the 2 elevators. During the stay, the guest will have 2 copies of the building key and the apartment, with total freedom of transportation. The landlord is my friend and will be able to assist the guest with any necessary information. Other things to note The center of São Paulo is a region that has many opportunities and places to explore. Bars, restaurants, culture, architecture, malls, galleries, churches etc I recommend hiking through the sights of the Center, but always walk carefully and without valuables in sight (After all, the Center of any big city is a very busy region and attention should be doubled!).
