Enjoy quality coffee with a Nespresso machine with complementary coffee pods, milk and biscuits. The space I'm a well traveled host that loves having privacy when I travel so I have created a downstairs stylish and romantic retreat with complete privacy and separate private entry which includes an outdoor spa room in the garden with slippers and plush microfibre robes for my guests exclusive use. I live upstairs but not above your floor plan so you’ll have plenty of privacy. I am always a phone call away if needed. I have put together a very comprehensive guidebook for my guests which also includes tips, discount offers at neighbouring restaurants, places of interest worth visiting during your stay. I will either be here to meet you or will provide you with a code to let yourselves in. This property is unique as it is at the end of a dirt road and the property is situated on a hill with breathtaking landscape views among the beautiful Dandenong Ranges blue gum trees. You will hear and see amazing bird life during your stay and if you're lucky, you may spot a deer or wombat in the garden forest at night. Relax in luxurious bed linen whilst looking out at the green forest in front of you or watch LCD TV/DVD with 4th generation Apple TV on the sofa or whilst in bed. There are a selection of books for you to choose from. The Olinda township is only just over a 7 minute walk away yet far away from noisy roads which is what makes this property stand out from many in this area. Guests can take a leisurely stroll to the beautiful Rhododendron gardens which are only a 12 minute walk. William Rickets sanctuary is also within walking distance should you wish to leave the car at home and explore. Restaurants, bars and pubs which I have included in this listing are all within walking distance so you can leave the car at home and wonder 500 metres into the Olinda township. Guest access Entire separate downstairs floor and outdoor spa room is for guests exclusive use. Other things to note Please note that the Dandenong Ranges are in a fire zone and so no smoking is permitted. Please only dispose of cigarettes in ashtray provided as disposing butts out on the ground is strictly prohibited. Please also use slippers provided during your stay as the apartment has a no shoe policy. If you need to use a vacuum cleaner, this is stored within a white chest near the front door entry. When using the spa, please only use plastic tumbler glasses as provided in the spa room when drinking in the spa and not glass. Please keep noise to a reasonable level after 11.00 pm. Thanks for your cooperation. Please always turn off the split system, electric blankets and lights at all times when leaving the property. Please note the 1000 ltr spa is emptied and filled up for each guest stay so the cleaning fee also incorporates this change and heating up of water.
