Small, clean apartment in the basement

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village. The space As you can see in the photos, you first come into a small hallway, from which the bathroom, the living and dining room as well as the bedroom lead off. In the hallway there is a wardrobe. In the living and dining room there is also a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a TV and Wi-Fi access. The apartment is perfect for one to two people as it only has one bedroom. If the sofa bed is pulled out in the living and dining area, up to four people can stay at the apartment. Guest access Guests will receive an automatic door opener for the garage from me. Access to the apartment is then through the garage directly into the hallway and via a staircase you enter the apartment. Other things to note Since the Altmühltal is not far away, we have already had several guests with bicycles. These bikes could be parked in our garage and thus locked.
