Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey. The space Our flat is warm ,comfortable and accessible,with your own entrance. Your'e very welcme to use the garden and there is an outside seating area for al fresco meals on sunny days ! Pets are welcome and there is a garden ( not enclosed) and a scenic 10 minute walk to the river Mersey . The living room has a couch which can accomodate an additional guest, plenty of bedding and cushions. Guest access You will have your own key , and separate access at all times Other things to note Off road parking .
