Expertly appointed and conveniently located to all Windham and the surrounding area has to offer. Come to hike, ski, and enjoy the outdoor activities. Great Room: Our great room is the focal point of our home and boasts 360 degree views of the property. In the great room, you'll find ample seating for relaxing, enjoying the view, or engaging with your friends/family. Features Include: -High-end furnishings throughout -Large and well appointed kitchen with center island and seating for six -Dining table with seating for eight -Wood burning fire place -65" Roku TV -Two separate lounge areas with luxury seating Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom is an incredibly sexy space. Located on the main level adjacent to the great room; features include: -Seating area -Dedicated workstation -Vaulted Ceiling -King-sized Casper hybrid mattress -65" Roku TV -Ensuite bathroom -Abundant closet space Bedroom 2: Bedroom two is located on the ground level of the home and includes a queen-sized Casper bed, seating area, and closet space. This room overlooks the front grounds and is a great place to cozy up and take in the view. Bedroom 3: Bedroom three is located on the ground level of the home and includes two twin-sized Casper beds, seating area, and closet space. The twin beds can be joined to become a king-sized bed, should it be requested. Full bathroom 2: The second full bathroom is located on the ground level of the home and has been recently renovated. The bathroom includes a large spa-like shower, double vanity, and ambient floor heating. Game Room: The multi-purpose game room is our favorite room in the house. Located beyond a steel and glass door and adjacent to our spiral staircase, the room has expansive views of the grounds and is meant for spending long evenings with good company. This room can also be used as a fourth bedroom and is equipped with the following: -Multi-purpose game table for chess or checkers. -Board Games -Seating area -Queen sleeper sofa Outdoor Space: The home features a wraparound deck on the second level. Off the kitchen, you’ll find an outdoor dining space along with ample seating and a Weber grill. Off the front of the home, there is a separate bistro set which is perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon aperitif. To top it off, there is a large fire pit on the grounds which is our favorite way to end the day (s’mores in hand)! Entire home with the exception of the garage.
