Cozy cottage with lake property and boat

Welcome to relax with the whole family in our paradise in amazing surroundings. Here you live in a nice cottage with its own patio by the jetty and beach. For fishing or swimming, there is a rowboat and canoe, or why not pick berries or walk in the woods around. If you want to swim in the sea, it's a short walk (850 meters) to a shallow beach. The cottage has a toilet and shower, living room/kitchenette, one bedroom with bunk bed, a sleeping loft and sofa bed for 1-2 people. Can be rented with more houses on the property for larger groups. The space The house is an Attefall house built in 2012 and very fresh. The bedroom is a bright and cozy little room with a bunk bed and a dresser where there are also newspapers and books for children/young people to borrow. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling, but with two fresh mattresses and blackout curtains - a perfect crawl space for the children. In the bright living room with high ceilings, there is a sofa bed for 1-2 people, a dining area and a kitchenette with two stovetops, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment - note: no stove or dishwasher. The bathroom is fresh with shower, toilet and sink. Dishes, cloth, towel and some common spices are in place along with toilet paper, cleaning supplies and sheets. On the balcony of the house there is another dining area with 4 chairs. Guest access A few meters down is the small beach and jetty with gas grill and dining area that you are welcome to use. A canoe, rowboat and life jackets for most sizes are also available and further up on the property, including a playhouse and swings. Other things to note Please note that wifi is available, but is relatively unreliable and sometimes weak due to the airborne signal. The TV is without channels but is used via Chromecast.
