Upstairs (which is the one advertised on this website) there are 3 rooms (of which 2 are advertised on this website) that are fully independent and lockable. A bathroom, a toilet, kitchen and living room, for shared use among those of us who stay in the house. We live in the house as a family with children, so all our belongings and furnishings are in the house, so you will see that in the rented rooms there are clothes and toys, etc. This room has a bunk bed where the bottom bed is a trundle bed, there is also a clear closet area to place your belongings and a desk. It has a small balcony and TV with Netflix, Prime video and Movistar plus channels. All common areas are shared. It is an ideal house for families, with everything outside, very bright. It has a very sunny patio with a barbecue and a small pool in summer. Guest access Guests have access to all shared common areas, except the other rooms and the basement. It is a very quiet area with no shops or services except public transport from Monday to Friday. All the nearest shops and services are 2 km away. There is a playground very close to the house. Nearby there are riverside walking areas and paths for running or cycling. We live in Gabia Chica, about 15 minutes from Granada capital by car, about 40 minutes from the beach and another 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada. There is a bus stop near the house, where the 157 passes, every hour from Monday to Friday, and leaves you in downtown Granada. For weekends or holidays you have to travel to Gabia Grande, which is 2 km away, to be able to take other buses to Granada that pass every half hour. Our house is located about 7 minutes from the highway access, ideal for visiting the Science Park, Sierra Nevada, the Costa Tropical and the Alpujarra of Granada. The house does not have a garage, that is, there is no private area where you can leave any vehicle, you must park on the streets of the area. Granada is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. The Alhambra was officially declared a World Heritage Site in 1984. It consists of the Generalife Gardens, the Nasrid Palaces and the Alcazaba. Don't forget to buy your tickets at least a month in advance. The surroundings of the Alhambra are beautiful, full of vegetation and you do not need to buy a ticket to walk through them. The usual walk starts in Plaza Nueva and continues along the Carretera del Darro towards a cobbled and pedestrian street, which can be considered by far one of the most beautiful and charming streets in Granada; the Paseo de los Tristes. Near the Paseo de los Tristes you can enjoy an Arab bath in a Hammam that recreates the atmosphere of the Andalusian era. Hammam Al Andalus. The Albaycin and Sacromonte are the most peculiar and characteristic neighborhoods of Granada. In 1994, this Granada neighborhood was declared a World Heritage Site.
