The first floor has 3 further bedrooms, one of which has another king size bed, the next contains twin beds and the last room has a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed that can be set up for an eighth guest. There is also a large and beautifully appointed main bathroom with a shower, bath and twin sinks. Downstairs is a lovely lounge, with seating for up to 8 guests and a feature coal effect gas fire. There's also a large screen smart TV and a DAB music system for guests to enjoy, along with games, books and DVDs for all ages. Next to the lounge you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, with a separate dining area where you can seat 8 people. There are patio doors leading to the private, fully enclosed, South facing garden. This is complete with a garden shelter, decking area and outdoor furniture, including a fold away table if you like to dine al fresco! The property also benefits from super-fast wifi, a large private driveway and an EV charger (pay as you go). Guest access Guests have full use of the whole house to themselves. As well as the 4 bedrooms, this includes a lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, kitchen, dining area and garden with outdoor seating, shelter and a decking area.
