quiet cul-de-sac, at the heart of Paraparaumu. a few minutes away from SH1, train station, mall, beaches and airport. double bed, double glazed, heatpump, tv with freeview, netflix, fridge, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron, Wifi, linen, duvet, coffee, tea. Plenty of parking for cars, even for medium-size bus, truck or boat. We don't live on the property, but we are only minutes away. Other things to note There may be guests staying in the main house next to it during your stay.
