Here's what you can expect: Layout: Our basement apartment is a private unit with a shared entrance - the bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette are completely separate from the main house. Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable full-sized bed, fresh linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. We provide towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience. Living room: The living room features a cozy couch and TV with streaming services. There's also a table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal or get some work done. Kitchenette: The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, hot plate, crock pot, small blender and coffee maker. We provide some basic dishes and utensils, as well as coffee and tea to start your stay. Location: Our apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few blocks from local restaurants, shopping areas and grocery stores. Other amenities: We provide free Wi-Fi and on-site parking for one car. Please note that our apartment is located in the basement of our home, so there may be some occasional noise from upstairs.
