We love our neighbours, and they love our guests back 💛 ⟢ Please note⟢ – No access to the balcony (pending renovation) – No TV - the window seats are perfect for people-watching instead ⟢ Commercial use⟢ Photography, filming, or commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and approved in advance. Please reach out if needed. Guest access You’ll have entire private access to the apartment. There is no access to balcony temporarily pending balcony renovation, which will not happen during your stay. Please do not touch our locked cleaning supply cabinet in the dining room. Other things to note ╰┈➤ A limited amount of consumables (toilet paper, toiletries, coffee pods, etc.) are provided for short stays. You will need to purchase additional supplies if you run out during your stay. ╰┈➤ You also agree to all house rules listed below. Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation, or immediate termination of your booking: 1. You must respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $400 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors. 3. Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund. 4. Cats are not allowed. If a cat is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees + Anti Allergent Treatment of $700 will apply. 5. Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While professional cleaning is provided after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges. 6. Lost building keys will incur a $300 replacement fee to cover locksmith services and lock replacement if necessary. 7. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host, depending on availability. Additional charges apply. 8. Any damaged or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on the cost of repair or replacement. 9. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail sent during your stay. 10. Commercial photography or filming use is not allowed unless discussed and approved in advance. Please reach out if needed. 11. For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is recommended to keep the apartment in top condition. Guests may opt for either a Refresh & Restock or a Full Clean for $120 12.
