Guest access Self check-in (key-box) Other things to note Please note the following details before booking for an absolutely perfect stay in my beloved private home: Air conditioning (AC): An extremely rare luxury in private Frankfurt apartments – this apartment has excellent air conditioning in almost every room (living room, dining room and 2 of 3 bedrooms). The third bedroom/guest room is easily cooled by opening the connecting doors. Parking situation: Parking on the surrounding streets is generally quite possible. Please observe the official rules that apply to the entire center of Frankfurt: During the week, daytime parking for visitors is subject to a fee (parking ticket from the parking meter). On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, parking is completely free. Alternatively, there is a public parking garage about a 7-minute walk away. Mandatory House Rules: This is an upscale, quiet residential area right by the park. Parties, events or disturbances of the peace are absolutely not permitted (quiet hours from 10:00 PM). This is a strictly non-smoking apartment (smoking is only allowed on the balconies). To protect the high-quality carpet, we also kindly ask you to never enter the master bedroom with outdoor shoes. Floor & access: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful, historic old building. As is usual for the characteristic old Frankfurt buildings in this prime location, there is no elevator. You will be rewarded for the athletic climb with wonderful tranquility, plenty of daylight and a fantastic view of the skyline from the balconies! Please note this for your luggage.
