The classic country-style bedrooms, an open living area with parquet flooring, living landscape, smart TV, and a spiral staircase to the conservatory are the highlights of my holiday home. Let yourself be surprised by the special living atmosphere. I look forward to your visit! The space The accommodation has three bedrooms with double beds and single beds, including bed linen. For younger guests under 3 years of age, a cot, changing table and high chair are available. The large living area is equipped with a comfortable upholstered set and smart TV. The fitted kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and much more. The bathroom has a bathtub, double sink, shower, WC and a small balcony with clothes rack for airing and drying the laundry. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer. From the living area, a spiral staircase leads to the conservatory and the leisure room with a ping pong table. In the conservatory there is a table grill. In the garden area, a romantic seat invites you to chill out in the months from May to September. Whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends or as a family, the apartment offers 160 sqm of space and plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay. Guest access It has a garage.
