Queen bed with modern ensuite (no door), chair, mobile table/desk, mini fridge, microwave. The space Private entrance into your secure light filled room with ensuite. You do not share any common spaces with family home. Room has 85 plus reviews and been Super Host years running, pre covid. We are only just resisting now. Reviews reflecting it being modern, clean and great value, private entry/ self contained- it is attached to but locked off from main house. It has a mini bar fridge, coffee tea station, microwave, soap, shampoo and shower gel provided, moveable desk/table, iron. Wifi on NBN. Heating and Air Conditioning controlled in your room to your needs! Please turn it off when you go out or checkout. It is affordable luxury!!!! Private entry direct into the room using a lockbox system and the room is double locked both side from house. Note it does Not have a kitchen. You do not enter your room through the main house. There is a gate off the sidewalk with an entry code, and then a lock box for the room key. You are renting a room with ensuite with a coffee station, mini bar fridge. Breakfast is NOT provided. There is no use of our family kitchen or our yard or pool. No shared spaces. The desk in the room functions as a small table for takeaway food as well. A chair for dining/desk. Local menus are provided in the room. As well as a comfortable lounge chair. (There are two plates, 2 bowls, 2 wine glasses, 2 water glasses, 2 coffee mugs and plastic utensils provided in your room.) suitable for couple, not friends, the bathroom does not have a door. Guest access There is a small bar fridge located in your room suitable for beverages, cheese, yogurt. It is a small square mini bar fridge, it will not fit large amounts of food. And a microwave in room. There are two plates, 2 bowls, 2 wine glasses, 2 water glasses and plastic utensils provided in your room. Please note you do not have access to our oven and cooktop/stove our family kitchen is not provided in your access. Breakfast is not provided. We are located to some great dining options, local take away menus are provided in your room. No use of our yard or pool. Other things to note Location, location, location! 13th Beach, Bells Beach Classic, Torquay, Great Ocean Road, surfing, golf, Avalon Airshow, Barwon River, Geelong, Deakin University. Concerts at Mount at Mount z Duneed Winery. Room suits singles or couples, **not friends sharing ***as the bathroom is modern and without a closing door between bedroom. Room is great for weekend traveller.
