Our building offers unique vertical access for maximum convenience: Street Level (8th Floor): The main elevators connect directly to the street, where you'll find the lobby and parking access. Beach Level (Ground Floor): The elevators provide direct service to the beach and the pool area, which is 8 floors down from street level. Private Beach Club (Pool, Bar, and Restaurant) Please note that the beautiful pool area on the beach level is part of a separate, private club and is not automatically included with your apartment rental. If you wish to use the pool, bar, or restaurant, be aware of the following policies: 1. Mandatory Minimum Consumption: The club requires a minimum spending requirement (a minimum purchase for food/drinks). 2. Access Fee: An additional access fee is typically charged. Fees may vary. Occasionally, they also offer free days **Important Tip:** The club sometimes waives the access fee (separate from the minimum consumption) for our guests. We highly recommend politely asking the staff upon entry if the access fee can be removed that day. We assure you, the setting is incredibly beautiful and worth experiencing for a day!
