Grandpa's penthouse

Grandpa's penthouse is an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a separate entrance in which up to six people can be comfortably accommodated. The space The space is very cozy and is called the Grandfather's Attic as it is decorated with antiques so staying in this place is having an experience in the past. It has a bedroom with a double bed (two places), a second bedroom with two single beds and a half, and in the living room there is a sofa bed so it can comfortably fit up to five people, but if you need it, you can accommodate another sofa bed for one more person. The penthouse has its own kitchen, dining room or study area with wifi and living room. If you need it, you can have access to a garage for one car. It has five attics with an excellent view of the city, being that to the east and south you can see Cotopaxi on sunny days and to the west the imposing Pichincha. In addition, the house where the Attic is located has gardens and green terraces, one of them with an urban garden. Guest access It has a parking space. The neighborhood where it is located is very central and is within walking distance, a rich and diverse local commerce, shops, bakeries, fruit shops, restaurants and cafes. A block away, buses pass that can connect you to many sectors of the city and it is close to the sector of La Mariscal, La Carolina, the Central University and the Metropolitan Hospital. It also has nearby parks such as La Isla three blocks away, La Mujer six blocks away and Parque Italia six blocks away. It's close to the Historic Center too. A taxi to the city's Historic Center is about $4. Other things to note An additional $20 cleaning fee is charged if the stay is for one day or up to a week. If the stay is longer than a week, an additional $20 is charged for each week, cleaning includes changing sheets and towels.
