PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! You’ll be renting a private bedroom in my stunning loft apartment, in the heart of buzzing Prenzlauer Berg. The room comes with its own private bathroom, a private balcony and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath tub and you can enjoy beautiful street views and the and sunset from the balcony. The kitchen can be used for small things upon request. I will usually be at home after work and always happy to help with any questions. The space The building was just constructed a few years ago and stands out in a street of Wilhelminian houses. The flat is on the fourth floor, with nice views, lots of light and an elevator included. Broadband Wifi with 400 Mbit at your convenience. Many restaurants and cafés await you down the street. The legendary Mauerpark with its Sunday flea market is right outside. Several playgrounds nearby. Public transport connection is excellent with S+U Schönhauser Allee or Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (direct airport Express train) in walkable distance.
