Urban, charming and truly Munich-like – a home with soul and coziness! In the heart of Munich and one of the coolest and liveliest scene districts. Here you will find a unique old building apartment with real Munich character – not a 08/15, but a home with Bavarian style and history. You are in the middle of the action: cafes, bars, restaurants, Viktualienmarkt and the Isar are just a few steps away and you will still find a retreat in our extraordinary rooms. The space The part of the apartment separated for your own use with its own entrance offers a charming mixture of Munich tradition and urban lifestyle on around 60 m² – perfect for those who want to experience the real Munich. In the living/dining area, a traditional, Bavarian cozy ambience with warm wooden accents and authentic details awaits you – ideal for relaxing after a stroll through the city or looking forward to a local evening with Munich flair. There is a pull-out sofa here if you need separate rooms to sleep. The bedroom is located in the backyard, is pleasantly quiet for the neighborhood, bright and sunny. A 180 cm double bed and another pull-out sofa offer flexible sleeping comfort for couples, friends or small families. The bathroom has everything you need for freshness, including a washing machine. The small kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave (with oven, grill and air fryer function), coffee maker and kettle – perfect for coffee in the morning or a quick snack. Guest access The separate entrance to the apartment is in the backyard. The apartment door on the 2nd floor is equipped with a modern combination lock. Other things to note Children are welcome here, and you do not have to list them as guests until they are 12 years old. (We are also happy to provide a double air mattress if needed.) Just let us know if you are coming with children so that the number of duvets for your stay is correct. For children between 6 and 12, instead of charging a reduced rate, we appreciate a small voluntary donation to the Kinderhaus on Gärtnerplatz, which is right around the corner. Note on the building: Our property is located in a house that is over 150 years old and has a special old building charm. Despite regular maintenance, unpredictable technical malfunctions can occasionally occur in a building of this age. Should such an issue occur during your stay, we will of course take care of a solution or a suitable alternative as quickly as possible. In the event of longer-lasting restrictions, we offer a refund of up to a maximum of 15% of the affected nightly rate as a gesture of goodwill, depending on the extent and duration of the disruption.
