The attic apartment (66 m2) is located in Sallanches, in the St-Martin district, in a quiet residence, 10 min walk from the Ilettes lakes, 15 min walk from the city center. In the valley but with quick access by car to the surrounding ski resorts. All comfort is ensured to accommodate 4 people, but can accommodate a 5th person thanks to the sofa bed. The small balcony overlooks Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles de Varan. No smoking / Not suitable for PRM The space The accommodation has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (bed linen included). A sofa bed is available in the living room (with extra bed linen to be requested if you are 4 or less; if you are 5, the linen is provided as standard and included in the price of the booking). Towels corresponding to the number of people in the booking are also included. The apartment is fully equipped for everyday life (list of all amenities available in the "amenities" tab). For coffee machines, it is on the one hand a Dolce Gusto type pod machine, and on the other hand a piston machine for the use of ground coffee. The accommodation is provided with consumables corresponding to standard use for the duration of your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.) and has household products allowing daily maintenance). Other things to note The accommodation is located in a residential building in a very quiet area (except for the sound of the river), with no shops.
