Studio in the countryside - enjoy your free time

Cozy fully equipped living studio in quiet green surroundings (equipped with a bed and a double sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove and oven), private bathroom, Wi-Fi and separate entrance. Storage room in the studio, washing machine and drying room are located in the basement. The house is within walking distance of the nature reserve "Bergisches Land" with beautiful hiking trails along the Wupper. The space The studio (35 sqm) is on the first floor of a semi-detached house and consists of a living/sleeping and working area (with desk) and an open kitchen. It has a single bed and a comfortable double couch. All windows are equipped with light-proof blackout blinds and ventilation windows additionally with insect screens. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils. On the first floor there is another apartment “Studio with small garden” which can optionally be rented (with kitchenette and private bathroom, completed in 2018). Thus, the entire residential unit can be used in a variety of ways (e.g. living and working separately or vacationing together with friends). In the basement there is a washing machine (for sharing with the tenant of the ground floor studio) and a drying room. From the parking space belonging to the studio, a footpath (about 20 m) leads to the house entrance. Nightly tranquility without traffic noise is guaranteed. Guest access In front of the entrance to the house is a seating area (table and garden chair). In the basement of the house there is a small training room (equipped with a trim bike and some fitness equipment). Other things to note Due to the facilities and the location, the studio is also very popular for long-term stays. The house is set back in the garden area between 2 cul-de-sacs and is therefore very quiet.
