The Northern Quarter

This unique place has a style all of its own. Comfortable and cosy, the garden room comprises of a shower room, sitting room and double bed sized bedroom with a desk, monitor for duel screen working, and a single wardrobe. There are guest profiles on Netflix, Amazon Video & Disney+ available to watch on the 55inch tv in the sitting room, as well as tea, coffee, a fridge, microwave and small air fryer. There are seating areas on both the decking and patio as well as access to our shared garden. The space The Garden Room’s internal space is split into three rooms. A shower room, sitting room and double bedroom featuring a double bed, desk and wardrobe. Outside the garden room, there is a decking area, as well as a patio with seating and a parasol for shade. The garden is a shared garden with our home. Guest access Guests access the property via the back of the driveway through the gate. There is a lock box containing keys for both the gate and the patio doors to the garden room. There is a car parking space at the front of our house that is allocated to the garden room, and guests are welcome to park there or on the street as it is free parking. We just suggest not parking directly opposite the house as it does get busy there with neighbours cars. Other things to note Please note, the space does not have any washing up facilities to speak of, and is more akin to a hotel stay with the ability to reheat and make basic meals. As a host, I provide clean cutlery and crockery and for anyone staying longer than a 5 day booking, we happily wash pots and cutlery in our home and return clean and ready to use again. The space is set up with the midweek contractor and wknd bookings in mind, and not necessarily for long term stays, though aware we are a cheaper option when it comes to those kind of bookings. We would be happy to make extenuating arrangements and store meals in our freezer for such a guest. The air fryer, microwave and fridge have proven enough for our target audience.
