A contemporary newly built home surrounded by lush greenery. There is a baby pool in the property which guests can use. The space This is a 2022 built contemporary home located just 900 meters off from the main national highway from Calicut to Kollegal which is passing through Wayanad Mysore and an easy access to Bangalore and Ooty . Each room can accommodate three persons. If there is a third person in the room, we may provide an extra bed on the floor. There is a common living space and a balcony in the first floor. Television is there in the living space in the ground floor. The balcony is good for an evening cup of tea or a book to read. Both the rooms in the ground floor doesn't have an attached washroom/ shower. It shares a washroom/ adjacent to it. In addition to this there is a washroom near to the common area. This is not a resort or hotel, but a self service, self catering villa. We provide milk, eggs, cereals, fruits, bread, butter, jam and basic utensils. Guest access The bedroom, washroom, common living space and balcony in the first floor, common living/ dining space and sit out in the ground floor, courtyard and garden. Other things to note We request all of our guests to carry a valid identity proof with them and present it when needed. We won't allow alcohol in the house. Please do note the below points when you travel to Kerala. > Smoking in public places in Kerala (as any where in India) is a punishable offence. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. The rule is strictly followed in Kerala. > Use of contraband drugs is against the law and is not permitted on our property. If you are found in possession of contraband drugs, it would land you up in jail. > You are permitted to carry alcohol or alcoholic beverages not above the quantity stipulated by law. Please do inform us if you are in procession of alcohol or alcoholic beverages during check in. Ask us to know about the legal limit of alcohol a person can carry. > Please ensure that you have the purchase bills in your custody for alcohol or alcoholic beverages you carry during your stay with us. > Consuming alcoholic or alcoholic beverages in public and open spaces in Kerala is a punishable offence. Consumption is permitted only indoors or at licensed premises. Please speak to us for more details. > Please contact us for assistance in reaching our house. We can arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station an extra cost. Please do write to us if you would require transportation.
