The space The apartment has high ceilings, was recently redone and has the following: - futon, stove, microwave, vanity, linens, and furniture - queen bed - Smart TV - WiFi - washer/dryer - blender - electric tea kettle - toaster - full kitchen (including pots, pans, dishes and flatware) - small table for dining/working on a laptop - 2 skylights but the one in the bedroom is covered at the moment - the bedroom has light blocking curtains - ceiling fan and A/C in the living room - heaters in the bedroom and living room The yard is about a quarter acre and has oak trees and redwoods. The 250 sq. ft. deck overlooks Pinole Valley where you can watch deer, hawks, turkey vultures, turkeys, foxes, possoms, coyotes, and raccoons and enjoy the sound of owls, frogs and crickets in the evening. Sometimes the moon rises over directly over the hills or the fog rolls in at night too so if you like to watch animals or the moon, bring binoculars. Or if you want to know good places to view the sun setting over the water, let me know. Note: There's a lot of wildlife nearby and it often wanders on the deck or in the yard. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment, the private deck outside the apartment and the side yard.
