Welcome to our Apartment! Our Apartment is in Lisbon downtown area, close to the river Tagus, and to the castle. It's a 129 m2 Apartment with 3 bedroom, 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. The decoration is modern, but cosy! Air Conditioning, WiFi are provided. The Apartment is in the 1st floor of the Fanqueiros Building, renovated in 2016. It has an elevator on the ground floor. Fanqueiros is managed by Downtown Lovers, with more 80 Apartments in Lisbon and Porto. The space THE APARTMENT Our apartment is situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon – Baixa, in a XVIII century building completely rebuilt in 2016! The building has 5 floors, 1 Apartment per floor, with elevator starting in the ground floor. All doors are accessible by a code system, that makes our Guests life easier. Our apartment is in the 1st floor and has modern and warm decor. It is a 129 m2 apartment, with 1 Master Bedroom with enclosed bathroom, one 2 single beds bedroom and a 1 single bed bedroom. All the bedrooms have windows, closet and air conditioning. The Living Room has a cable TV, sofa and a big window with view to Fanqueiros street. The Dining Room has table for 5 person. It's also a perfect place to work. The kitchen is full equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwaves. Also all the main appliance: toaster, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine. Bathroom have a shower cabin, toilet bidet and hair dryer. Baby's are welcome! We have a baby chair and baby bed available. This Apartment is perfect for friends and specially for families! Guest access The Guests have access to all that is available in the Apartments. Please check all appliances in the Space Description. Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen and bathroom basics are available. In the Living Room we have Lisbon Guides and Maps. We always leave “our” Lisbon Tips with what we think are “must do’s” in this lovely city. Other things to note MAINTENANCE AND SPECIAL REQUEST All problems inside the apartment (eg. electric problems, equipment malfunction, water leaks), must be reported to us by telephone immediately. Depending on the problem, the resolution might take up to 72 hours or even more if it depends on third party services. Please notice that common parts of the Building, like the elevator, do not depend on us. Please contact us in case of any problem and we will call immediately the condominium.
