Beautiful, peaceful and bright house in new Gotland style just south of Visby. Lime plastered walls, large windows, patinated wooden floors and a patio with barbecue grill. In the main house there are three (four) bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pleasant living room that opens to the patio/garden. In the living room, there is also a cozy fireplace. One bedroom with sofa bed in the outhouse. From the house it is cycling distance to Fridhems swimming area, Ygne fishing camp, Kneipbyn and into Visby. Lilla Bjers Gårdskrog is within walking distance. The space Three separate bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the upper hall with folding wall, as well as a guest room with entrance next to the carport. Two bathrooms with shower in the main house, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor. Laundry room in the lower bathroom with washer and dryer as well as clothes hangers Fully-equipped kitchen: induction stovetop, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, carbon dioxide machine. Good pots/pans. Porcelain and glass for 10 people. Living room with two comfortable sofas, electric piano and stereo system (streaming via Airplay or cable). Quiet without TV. Fast Wi-Fi.
