The dates of the reservation cannot be changed, but check-in or departure dates can be any time within the reservation period. Late check after hours in can be arranged by calling the resort. THE GUEST CHECKING IN MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. The resort check-in will require a credit card for incidental charges, and a government issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card. The buyer must provide the name of the guest checking in at the resort, then that name will be added to the reservation. Only that guest can check in. The reservation and a letter of introduction will be mailed to the buyer. THE OCCUPANCY LIMIT OF 8 PERSONS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Access to most cottages requires the ability to climb steps. NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION IS REQUIRED. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. As with all timeshares, there is no daily maid service. Prior to your arrival the Suite is thoroughly cleaned, and the linens are changed. During your stay, the resort will exchange towels once mid week.
