Private Room (sleeps 2) in Workers Accommodation!

We have temporarily converted our licensed workers hostel to an AirBNB with private rooms and a 6-bed dorm. It sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. This listing is for 1 private room booking only. The space Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 (1x king bed), Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 (1x queen bed, 1x bunk bed) Bedroom 3 sleeps 5 (3x bunk beds). Each bedroom has air conditioning / reverse cycle, bed linen, doonas and pillows provided, comfortable mattresses and cupboard space both hanging and drawers. The accommodation has spacious communal areas, the living room has an L-shaped couch and a large flatscreen TV. We also have musical instruments to be played (piano and guitar). There is a small library of books and plenty of board games located in the large bedroom for guests to enjoy. In the metal chest under the carport there are a variety of lawn games. The kitchen has two 4-burner stoves, two ovens, a dishwasher, a large commercial fridge, chest freezer and lots of cooking utensils and appliances, including a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of dry food storage areas. There is a large deck with outdoor seating and hammock. In the backyard you can cut off some branches of our rosemary bush for your roast dinner or enjoy a fire pit in the evening (purchase own wood). The bathroom comprises of two showers with instantaneous gas hot water, two toilets and a vanity with two sinks. Downstairs, you can find the dining room with a large table and plenty of chairs. The laundry room has a free washing machine, you just need to provide your own washing powder. There is a coin-operated dryer (takes 4 x $1 coins). We don’t provide towels, soap or shampoo. Upon arrival we will supply some of the basics, such as bin bags, toilet paper, dish wash liquid, aluminium foil, cleaning products, but these won't be replenished during your stay. This accommodation is simple yet comfortable and clean. Ideal for nursing students on a rotation, placement, working professionals looking for temporary accommodation, medical professionals on a locum or large groups of workers. Please note this listing is for one bedroom only! Other things to note Our place suits independent guests who can live on their own and self manage their stay. You'll be responsible for keeping the property clean during your stay. This includes putting the council bins out weekly. There is a vacuum cleaner in the hallway cupboard and a mop and bucket in the laundry. Due to allergies and us being an accommodation business (not a rental) NO pets allowed. No sneaking in dogs or cats!
