The apartment is modern in the loft style, all integrated and spacious 49m2 with a 2.70m ceiling height that comfortably accommodates up to 4 (four) people. Everything was planned aiming at perfect circulation within the space! The space Always aiming at the comfort of our guests, the apartment is fully equipped so that everyone has a great and excellent stay! At each check-in, clean and sterilized bed and bath linens! Bathroom equipped with a hand shower, hairdryer and shower with hot water! Hot and cold air-conditioning! LED lighting design makes the space more cozy! The kitchen features a microwave, induction stove and electric coffee maker, as well as appropriate pots, glasses, cups and plates and a complete cutlery set! The bed is a double bed and the sofa converts into a 180x130 bed! And if you still need a parking space, we have one available for SMALL vehicles or SUVs Guest access Access for our guests is only to the apartment and garage area!! Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony, where there is an ashtray. Please respect the rules and do not throw cigarette butts or ashes off the balcony!
