You have access to your room, seating area and table outside your room and the community patio. Other things to note Please let us know if you will be bringing pets. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few guidelines during your stay: - Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. - Limit of two (2) pets per room. - Please clean up after your pets and do not leave them unattended in the studio. - Please do not use bath towels to clean shoes or pets. The red dirt is very difficult to get out. If you need cleaning cloths, please send us a message and we'll gladly provide them. - If you need a sitter for your pet, there are many great providers available at rover(dot)com. - In the unlikely event that damage occurs due to your pet, we will notify you and charge the card on file for any necessary extra cleaning or repairs. - Please wash all dishes before your checkout. This helps us maintain a clean and inviting space for all guests. - We’d love for you to enjoy the patio during your stay. Please be mindful that other guests will also have access to this space. - Housekeeping and maintenance staff are available from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. As much as possible, please try to make requests during this time. We will do our best to fulfill requests outside these hours. - If you have any issues or concerns that come up during your stay, please reach out and give us an opportunity to resolve them. - Please note that there is live music on the restaurant patio from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on some Friday nights. - By accepting a booking, guests agree to abide by the guidelines in the house manual.
