Brand new studio, freshly made with lots of love so guests can feel very comfortable. The house belongs to a group of 1 apartment and 3 studios that have an individual entrance. It is located a few minutes from downtown (8 from the Santa Cruz Palace and 12 from the Cathedral). The entrance is autonomous so that guests can arrive with peace of mind. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi. In front of the studio there are two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a fruit shop, coffee shops... You will love it!! * The space The studio is a unique room in which we find different spaces. -Kitchen and dining area. - Living room area with 2 sofa beds - Double bed area. -Bathroom. Other things to note The heating is programmed with my cell phone. You must not touch anything. If you want more or less temperature, let me know and I will immediately modify it. Hot water comes out simply by opening the tap, nothing else needs to be done.
