Comfortable and bright open-space loft on the ground floor, in a strategic, very central area of the city. The kitchen is complete with accessories and appliances: kettle, fridge, microwave and stovetop. There are 1 bedroom (without doors) + 1 mezzanine glass floor bedroom . * IMPORTANT - This is a loft with a glass floor. There is limited to no privacy for the guests. This apt is well suited for a family w/ children, close relatives and/or close friends. The max occupancy is 3 adults or family. The space The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work, whether you are passing through to visit the city. Please note that the maximum occupancy is for 3 persons ONLY. The upstairs bedroom and bedroom is ideal for a single person. Important to note that there are no doors, it is an open space with a glass floor so privacy is very limited. Guest access Check in time is from 3PM.
