Our 610 sq. ft. Cottage is a dream space; Spacious, shabby chic decor with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. This comfortable space is very private & located behind our home and garden with space outdoors for relaxing. Perfect for 2 but we only have parking for 1 vehicle. Located in one of Santa Rosa's most desirable neighborhoods, very safe and close to restaurants, wineries, parks and fun places to explore. 10 min drive to downtown SR. Also close to 3 hospitals.
