The accommodation is situated only 10 minutes drive from beautiful Burns beach and 5 minutes from Lake Joondalup and Lakeside Shopping Centre and only 25 mins to the City of Perth and beautiful Kings Park. We are a few minutes drive from or 15 min walk to great local Pubs/ Restaurants including The Ashby Tavern, The Duke Bar & Bistro, The Leapfrog Cafe / Restaurant and Crazy Golf and an equally short drive to Mindarie and Hilarys Marina for a bite to eat and a drink on the Ocean front. The beautiful Swan Valley is also only a 25 min drive away with Wonderful Wineries and Restaurants.. As an alternative if you require a complete rest and relaxation then take a 10 minute drive to Oneysha Day Spa retreat, set amongst a stunning Forrest on Lake Marginiup with outdoor dry Saunas.   The house is beautifully furnished and consists of a cosy Lounge, TV & DVD player, Books and a comfy Leather couch to chill on after a long day at the Beach. The Master bedroom has a large Queen size solid Wooden bed and built in double robe with ceiling fan.   The Kitchen is exceptionally well stocked and has been designed as a Kitchenette style with a bench top Oven, dual electric hot plates, Small Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle and other numerous appliances including, Rice Cooker, liquidiser and all the required essentials such as Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Olive Oil (x 1 starter pack per stay) to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.. The Kitchenette also has a Washing Machine with additional bath and hand towels. There is a Toilet and a separate Bathroom with Bath and Shower that adjoins the Master bedroom that are spotlessly clean and includes Soap, Shampoo, hairdryer for convenience.. The main bedroom and Living room have ceiling fans. The accomodation also has 2 slimline Rinnai electric heaters for those cooler nights.. The accommodation is ideally suited to short term or long term rental for Solo travellers, new migrants relocating to Perth, Vacationers looking for a relaxing holiday or a Professional working person or Students. The house is nestled in a peaceful setting opposite a park and close to beautiful beaches and all that Sunny Perth has to offer.. Guest access Guests have access to a small table and chairs situated down the side entrance to their accommodation and they can also sit in the park directly oppsite the accomodation.
