Home in Milwaukie

Large 4 bedroom house with ample living area and separate private basement room. The full bathroom on the main floor has great water pressure. It is shared but primarily for up to 2 other Airbnb guests. The backyard has a hot tub and patio to relax. The kitchen is updated and guests have full use of everything. There is a mini fridge/freezer in the closet attached to the bedroom but feel free to use kitchen upstairs if desired. Highspeed wifi, netflix, disney +, hulu, max, espn and amazon prime. The space The basement room is located in the lower level and is accessed from the front of the house. It is secluded from the rest of the house and is quiet. Plenty of space, light, and storage. Parking is available for one vehicle in garage or driveway. Guest access Full access is provided to the kitchen, full bathroom on the main floor, garage, backyard, and patio with seating and a hot tub. Locally made granola bars, oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. Fresh, filtered, cool, drinking water located inside the refrigerator in the shared kitchen. During your stay I will be available when needed for questions and information anytime. I work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and like to relax in the living room and watch tv when I get home and am less inclined to socialize those evenings simply because I'm exhausted. I definitely will be happy to answer any questions or respond to concerns you may have at any time though. :) Other things to note One friendly cat and one friendly pug live here. Jayda the pug is confined to the living room. The cat is not allowed in the guest rooms, although she likes to sneak in and say hi if you leave your door open! :) Smoking anywhere on the premises is not allowed.
