“RED LUXURY” is a newly built luxury villa in a contemporary style. The house is on two levels, consisting of three bedrooms, two with private bathroom, large living room / kitchen from which you can admire the Mediterranean Sea. Outside there is a large terrace on the ground floor, where you can comfortably dine, private parking for two cars and on the terrace on the first floor there is a jacuzzi all a few steps from the sea and with every comfort to spend a wonderful holiday. Guest access The property is entirely and exclusively for guests. It has three bedrooms all with king size beds and three bathrooms with shower, two of which are within the bedroom, in the living room there is a large sofa bed. The villa is equipped with 55 "led TV, DVD / Bluray player, WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, oven, and microwave, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, towels and bedsheets free of charge for the first week of stay, additional price if you wish us to replace them, panoramic jacuzzi for three people and stereo. The jacuzzi has an extra cost depending on the duration of your stay. Other things to note The residence is under video surveillance H24, and the villa is equipped with an alarm, to ensure the safety of guests.
