Nini's Lofts - Melikishvili Street

Located in the most vibrant and stylish neighborhood of the city, our loft is ideal for big families and groups of friends. Bespoke design mixed with smart planning and open terrace with beautiful views of the city and the Holy Mount will make your stay special and unforgettable. The space The loft is located on the sixth floor in the historical building. ❗The elevator goes up to fifth floor. Please note that there are some stairs to climb to reach the apartment. 2 flights of stairs (20 steps) before the elevator and 3 flights of stairs (30 steps) to reach the apartment from the elevator. The building door is locked and we have CCTV Cameras in the entrance of the building, by the elevators at the first and fifth floors and in the shared hall space. Our duplex has 4 fully equipped bedrooms with king or queen size beds in each bedroom. We provide towels, linens and slippers for every guest. The apartment is air-conditioned. A/C is available in the living room and in all bedrooms. Loft has two bathrooms and showers. You will find shower essentials and hairdryer in the bathroom. You can do laundry in the apartment, using the washing machine in the bathroom on the first floor. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and blender. Guest access Guests can access the whole apartment, shared elevator and hall.
