Description
Our renovated home combines vintage with modern facilities. The place has 2 levels each 100 Sq. meters. Our guests stay on the upper street level. We live beneath. The guest garden in front of the unit is private. The back garden has a large pergola and seating area shared with us, however, it will always be free for you to have breakfast or supper with a fantastic view and an amazing breeze. From July1st to August 31st 2025, we are offering the place at half price for a minimum of 30 nights. The space The guest apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with a 1.40 m wide bed, a dedicated office space with a long desk and a single mattress if needed, 1 full shower room, 2 toilets, an open space which includes a cozy living room with a pull out sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a closed laundry balcony with a washing machine and a front open balcony with seating. The garden is spacious and enchanting, full of olive trees, rare succulents and wild flowers. The garden by the guest unit is totally private for our guests' use only. The large back garden is shared with us, and is attached to the lower entrance of the building where we access our living unit. For breakfasts the back garden and pergola are always available and free for our guests to dine privately. The back garden and pergola may be used throughout the day and evening as well, yet we advise our guests to verify with us if we or other guests may be present at the time. The Underground Public Protected Shelter (Miklat) is 1 minute and 15 seconds walking distance. Please see the photos and instructions under the Tab: Additional Photos Additional Photos. Guest access Guests have a private entrance from the street level to the Guest apartment. There are 6 steps down from the street to the front garden and 6 steps up to the apartment, making this a NONE-handicapped-access place. Other things to note We recommend you park your car down at the lower level in our private parking area, where your vehicle will be safer. However, this means you will be parking at a distance of 30 meters from the guest's apartment entrance which is closer to the street level. Parking on the street is free and allowed on the opposite side of our house without blocking the entrances of our neighbors. If you wish to have your lunch or dinner outside under the pergola in the back garden which is shared with us, please let us know in advance so that we do not use it ourselves at that time and keep out of your way. We would like to emphasize that we also live on the premises on the lower level under the guest apartment and we access our unit from the opposite side of the building, where the pergola and 1 acre olive grove are situated. Our Airbnb guests' street level front garden is smaller yet totally private and is intended only for our Airbnb guests.
