Gite 'Bleu' (85 m2) is classified as a 4* cottage and offers an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with lots of light. There is a well-appointed kitchen and for entertainment, there’s UK satellite & French TV, Bluetooth speaker and excellent Wi-Fi . Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other one can be made up as either a double or two singles. Both still have the original exposed oak beams adding lots of additional character. You'll have your own large private fenced patio and brick-built barbeque. . Guest access You will have full access to our shared on-site facilities, including the 10m x 5m saltwater swimming pool and the games room/yoga studio, both with fabulous views over the rolling countryside. The studio is a versatile space where you can practice yoga in the morning sun, enjoy a quiet moment with a book, or play games with family and friends, all while soaking in the peaceful scenery. The pool terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing, lounging in the shade, or simply relaxing and taking in the tranquil surroundings. Stroll through the spacious garden, nap under a shady tree, or pick fresh fruit from the orchard when in season—perfect for a healthy snack straight from nature. For those keen to explore, adult bicycles, including e-bikes and pedal bikes, are available free of charge, along with local maps to discover charming lanes, vineyards, and scenic country trails. On-site, a separate laundry room ensures convenience, complete with washing machine, washing powder, conditioner, and ironing facilities. During your stay, enjoy the seasonal bounty of our garden, from fresh vegetables and fruits to eggs from our hens, homemade jams, and the occasional delicious peach or apple tart. Throughout July and August, join Linda for a gentle morning yoga session—a perfect, mindful way to start your day surrounded by the sights and sounds of the countryside. Other things to note Extra Bonus - Yoga & Pilates morning classes are available on alternate mornings in our dedicated yoga studio. These classes will be conducted by Linda who is an experienced yoga teacher and happy to share this practice with those who are interested. No experience is required for either the yoga or Pilates as all classes will be adapted to suit the needs of the participant(s). So why not start your day with some gentle exercise followed by a dip in the pool and your breakfast on the terrace! These classes are available throughout July and August. We provide all the linen and towels, including pool towels, all of the cleaning materials you’ll need, and all consumables for the dishwasher and washing machine. On arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with some basic staples and a welcome pack to help you get settled. We live on site so are available to help with any particular requests you might have. Our house is separate from your gite so equally you'll have your own privacy. In total, there are 3 gites on site - two 2 bedroomed gites and one 1 bedroomed gite. Each gite has its own private entrance and large patio area.
