Welcome to Yellow Studio! - Enjoy a functional apartment ideally located in the historic heart of Poitiers (Cathedral district, Notre Dame church, shops and restaurants) where everything is done on foot. The apartment has been designed to make you feel at home. The space The Yellow studio + Private terrace (NON-SMOKING apartment) is carefully equipped: - Fully autonomous arrival. Make yourself at home :). - Private and lit exterior available to you. - 82 cm flat screen TV (larger than in the photo). - Fiber Wi-Fi connection/SFR TV package. - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. - Coat rack/Shelf/Iron + Table. - 2 stools for the high table that can be used for meals, but also as a workspace with its power outlet. - Cast iron inertia radiators, soft heat and hot water tank. - Living area with sofa, coffee table. - Blackout curtains. - Bathroom with shower and toilet in which you will find towels, liquid soap, shower gel, toilet paper... - A night area in the mezzanine*. 140 X 190 HOTEL QUALITY 20 CM bed (sheets, duvet, plaid and pillows provided). *This space is not suitable for people with physical difficulties and children as it is accessed by a slightly inclined ladder and its ceiling height is 1.10 M. Guest access You have access to the Yellow Studio as well as its private terrace. Other things to note Access to the apartment is autonomous but I remain available and reachable because of the proximity of my home to the Yellow Studio. Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, Monday to Saturday. Sunday is free all day. Before you leave, remember to do your dishes, and store them in the cabinet provided for this purpose, thank you :-)
