Our 1BHK-turned-Studio-Apartment is for ideal for upto 3 guests, with 2 single beds / 1-2 mattress-on-floor (all in living room), Great budget travellers of small groups looking for affordable AirBnBs in town. Centrally located, here we have all the necessary amenities for guests (kicthen, wifi, RO water, fridge, WiFi). Bedroom is locked, but additional access may be given on chargeable basis, where 2 more people can fit in. Must follow all house rules. No local ID guests allowed. The space The idea for this listing is to provide cheap yet qualitative Place to Crash. The shared living room is where we have 2 single BEDs + 1 Airbed OR Floor Mattress. Kitchen has RO water purifier, fridge and gas stove, where you can make yourself a tea / coffee / food. East facing balcony for perfect sunrise. Bedroom stays locked in this listing. You'll be sleeping in the living room. You also get access to shared rooftop / terrace (perfect in summers with gentle breeze under the stars, a great local experience at no extra cost). 40 inches LED with Chromecast accessible in living room. Refrigerator access and pure drinking water available from R.O. machine in kitchen. The toilet is Western style, separate from washroom with shower. Cleaning space is in balcony. All Guests MUST FOLLOW ALL HOUSERULES.
