Travelers paradise - peaceful place to come and be

This newly remodeled 1950’s vintage gem is sure to whisk you away to another time. I personally created this haven to be a magical experience the moment you walk through the front door. It has been restored back to it’s original essence, yet still has many of today’s modern conveniences. Kitchen is fully equipped with a 1954 refrigerator, French press for coffee, gas stove, dishwasher, and laundry machines. Each room has a comfortable double size bed and several places throughout the house to sit and enjoy your coffee or tea. This home has a large flat screen smart tv with Netflix, Hulu and more. The Space- You will be sure to fall in love the moment you set foot inside. Most of this house is original and has been restored with a few added touches to give it that cabin feel. The living room is open and inviting, a great space to relax and entertain! 3 BR, one of which is a loft, and then a futon sofa in the living area. There is also a cute little side deck to enjoy your coffee during nice days. Interaction with guests- Check in is made simple with a code for the key lock box, and someone will always be available if you need anything or have questions. The neighborhood- My neighbors are very kind and are always looking out for me and my home. Fairly busy street, but makes it feel very safe. It’s perfectly located 2 miles from downtown Main Street where you can find several amazing restaurants, a few bars, and some live music. Arkansas state university is only 3 miles away, NEA hospital a little over 5 miles, and southwest drive with its many restaurants, shops, and conveniences only 0.5 miles away. Be sure to check out my favorite nature spot in Jonesboro, Craighead Forest Park, which is only 3.5 miles away! Getting around- Driveway big enough for several cars and Uber is also available in Jonesboro! Other things to note- As with any older house this one has its quarks. For example the refrigerator makes a sound when the compressor kicks off and their is no food disposal- so please make sure all the scrap food goes in the trash. There are three cans underneath the sink labeled trash and recycled. The bins are located around the right side of the house. Also note there is a ladder up to the loft, please be cautious climbing up and down. This is for your safety and to keep this place looking beautiful for every guest in the future, thanks! The space The entire house is yours to use and enjoy including the living space, the kitchen, dining room, and side patio! Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning outside on the porch or unwind with a movie at night or soak in a relaxing bath. Take advantage of all this peaceful space has to offer. Blessings!
