Village house 8 minutes from Eauze

Renovated house in Campagne d'Armagnac, 8 minutes drive to Eauze, 10 to Barbotan Les Thermes, 12 minutes to Nogaro (and circuit Paul d'Armagnac). The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and a shower room and toilet, 1 on the ground floor with a shower room and toilet (accessible for wheelchairs). Good internet connection. Garden with terrace and bbq. The space The rooms are very spacious, there is a large kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooking plate, oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine, a cosy living room with television and a fireplace....there is a terrace in front of the house, a garden next to the house and at the back with views over the vineyards. You can reach the house by a driveway at the back of the house where you can park your cars. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note The house is by the road that runs through the village, the garden is at the side of the house. The house is heated with a central heating system. With normal consumption (20-21°c), heating is included. (In case of excessive use, we will charge part of the heating oil consumption) There is also a wood stove and wood available.. The beds are made and towels are included.
