"Suite Travel" welcomes you. The newly built villa has ample free parking in front. It is finely furnished and consists of three bedrooms with seven beds, a large living room with a kitchen, three bathrooms and a large equipped garden. The house is entirely available for guests' use, with TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus: services offered, small gym and tavern with billiards and foosball. The cost includes the tourist tax. The space Close to the A1 Milan-Naples and A22 Modena-Brennero highways (7 km and 5 km respectively), Modena Nord, Campogalliani and Carpi exits, Baggiovara and Policlinico hospitals within a 10 km radius, Modena Fiera 7 km away. Bologna can be reached in 30 minutes, Ferrara can be reached in 45 minutes, Lake Garda can be reached in 1 hour. Possible walks in the surrounding countryside, public transport to the center of Modena and Carpi. Ample free parking is very much appreciated by all guests. In the lovely tavern available to guests there are billiards and foosball for pleasant moments of play, there is a small gym in the attic. 2 ergonomic high chairs Other things to note Nearby, there is an Esselunga supermarket open every day where you can stock up to prepare lunches and dinners independently. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but only in the garden. We ask guests to always close the wooden French window when leaving the house. There is a hairdryer in the bathrooms of the house.
