The space Comfort: in the center of Follonica, 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the course, with its shops and its passage. Elegance: in an early twentieth-century building, finely renovated and furnished with taste and meticulous attention to detail. Tuscanity: each room is a real thematic journey, discovering some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany. A different Tuscan experience in every room, complemented by the hospitality of the hosts, who will be at your complete disposal to accompany you with friendliness and discretion during your stay. And before returning to the room, stop for 10 minutes in the entrance, to observe the collection of minerals from the Tuscan mines and from around the world. From here you can access an annex with a bathroom, equipped with a microwave, kettle with various teas and herbal teas, a coffee pod machine, a minibar, plates, glasses and cutlery. In this area, you can relax before and after the sea. During your stay Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., while check-out must be done by 10:00 a.m. Guests are invited to contact us in advance to arrange check-in, using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. We are always available for anything you need, as we live on the first floor of the building, and we will do our best to make you feel at home. Other things to note The building from the early 20th century has been completely renovated, taking into account the energy saving and acoustic comfort, with soundproofed walls and an insulated roof with thermal insulation, so as to offer our guests a relaxing vacation. The rooms are located on the second floor of the building and can be double, twin, or a triple with a small balcony. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, unlimited free wi-fi, smart TV, minibar, and soundproof windows. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. In addition, there is the possibility of adding a crib or an armchair bed for greater guest comfort.
