"Sotto i Scaloni 2" is a 55-square-meter three-room apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the historic center of Agropoli. Located at the foot of the medieval Scalone, it connects the old village to the new center, within walking distance of the sea. The excellent location allows you to go grocery shopping, shop, and go to the beach without a car. Despite being on the street of the Agropoli nightlife, it guarantees silence and tranquility. The property is also ideal for those traveling by train, just a 15-20 minute walk from the Agropoli train station. The space The apartment has : - comfortable in-living area; - equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and pots and pans), table; - large bedroom (double bed + bunk bed); - comfortable and complete bathroom, equipped with a shower with cabin and hairdryer; It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Bed linen, bath linen, cleaning kit, laundry rack, iron and ironing board, and a beach umbrella are provided for the stay. Parking is allowed only for loading and unloading and must be agreed upon with the host. The car must be left in the nearby parking lots. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire apartment. The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
