Casa del Relax – (Monique) is a sunny apartment with a breathtaking view of Garda Lake area. The apartment consists of a bright living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom; the living room has access to an outdoor large private terrace where eat together, read a book, or take a rest. During the Summer (June-July-August) it's possible to enjoy the swimming pools, the play areas, and the barbecue area. Guests can park their car in a private parking space. The space Casa del Relax - (Monique) is located a few steps from the Parco Grotta Cascata del Varone, in a area between Riva del Garda, Arco, Tenno Lake and Ledro Lake. During the summer our guests can freely access to the swimming pool, the children's playground, and to the BBQ (it's necessary to book the barbecue early in the morning). A short distance from the apartment there are also the COOP supermarket, the pharmacy, the bank, and the newsagent. Guest access We'll provide fresh bedlinen and fluffy white towels on arrival plus shampoo and hand soap. Sanitation: the apartment is sanitized at each guest change with the use of certified cleaning products or other equipment such as the dry steam; natural air recirculation and periodic replacement of air conditioner filters is also guaranteed. Linen & Towels Service: the linen rental service, including laundry and ironing service, is offered by ACQUATEC according to UNI EN 14065:2016 regulations. Other things to note Guests are informed that by confirming the reservation, two separate contracts are made with different legal entities, each with specific responsibilities: 1. Contract for real estate brokerage services on behalf of the owner of the accommodation. 2. Contract for providing additional services related to the accommodation, including: cleaning and linen supply, check-in/check-out service, phone and emergency support during the stay, routine maintenance, organizing experiences, and returning forgotten items.
