There is direct access to a secluded sandy beach, with great snorkeling right offshore among the volcanic rocks that are home for exotic fish. Depending on the selection of bedrooms that you book, can choose between this options; or if you choose the full house here are the description; remember no matter how many bedroom this you rent the villa will be exclusive for you THE RED BEDROOM The Red bedroom suite at the top of the villa has a queen-size bed, vanity and ample closet. The fully appointed ensuite bathroom features marble throughout, with a shower and a glass brick wall affording both light and privacy. The private balcony, with a flower garden, offers a spectacular view of the sea, across Banderas Bay and Los Arcos National Marine Sanctuary in the distance. THE GREEN BEDROOM This master suite has a king-size bed, beamed cathedral ceiling, hand carved furniture, individually-controlled air conditioning and WIFI access. The large ensuite bathroom has its own heated, tiled Jacuzzi tub with shower, and a bidet. The bathroom opens onto its own private garden terrace with a hammock for relaxing, and views of Los Arcos. The second balcony, in front, offers you complete privacy and panoramic views of the beach, the Bay of Banderas and evening sunsets. THE BLUE BEDROOM The spacious Blue Bedroom suite features a king-size bed, a large closet, vanity and WIFI access, plus individually-controlled air conditioning. The handsome wooden headboards in each of the bedrooms were hand-carved from native Mexican species. The ensuite bathroom, with a giant blue-tiled tub and shower, is decorated throughout with traditional Talavera tile and local art. The balcony, like the others, has a table and 2 chairs for quiet relaxation and complete privacy. It’s a favorite of many of our guests. THE YELLOW BEDROOM The Yellow Bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, beamed cathedral ceiling, individually-controlled air conditioning and is decorated with local art and colonial furniture. It features a business center with a desk and high speed Wi-Fi for your laptop or tablet. The ensuite bathroom with Talavera tile throughout, has a bidet, a circular tiled tub and shower that opens onto a garden and the sea beyond. Above the hand-painted sink is a unique oval window with an inset mirror. The balcony is a large, flower decked, terrace with 180-degree views of the town, the beach and Banderas Bay beyond. THE ORANGE BEDROOM The Orange Bedroom has a king-size bed with a unique embedded stone headboard, a vaulted ceiling, individually-controlled air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. The ensuite bathroom includes a Talavera-tiled Jacuzzi tub and shower and a hand-painted sink. The suite features French doors, which open onto the 1,500 square foot pool deck terrace with tropical flowers and waving banana leaves Guest access A few weeks before arriving, you will receive a Guest Arrival Information form to be completed and returned. This form will provide our staff with your travel details as well as your dinner choice for your Saturday arrival. Margaritas, salsa and guacamole are available too. This form also provides our staff with the food choices you will want for Sunday when the staff are not there. The food and drink you have ordered will be waiting for you at the villa along with the first meal you have ordered. During your stay, your personal chef Mari will prepare two outstanding meals each day which you have selected from her extensive gourmet menu. Lunches can be ordered additionally, with lunch-type food, but there is usually enough food in the refrigerator to keep everyone well fed. To ensure that she has the freshest food available, Mari shops every day for the meals that you have selected for that day. You will be responsible for reimbursing her for the cost of the food and beverages that you have ordered. Mari will have receipts for the food & beverages you have ordered and you will be responsible for reimbursing her for these items.
